Products and Shipping

In normal circumstances, our store offers pantry foods such as granola butter and granola, along with bundles, on-the-go selections, and merchandise. Current product details appear on each listing.

As part of checkout, free shipping applies only when shown at checkout. Normal processing is approximately 1–2 business days, followed by estimated delivery or transit of 3–5 business days.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

For a service request, a change of mind or wrong selection may qualify for a mailed return or exchange requested within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective return must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

For a transparent experience, the free return label is included in the package and there is no restocking fee. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.

In normal circumstances, report damage, defects, incorrect goods, or missing pieces with the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video.
